Do you offer discounts?
We offer a 10% donation of the total purchase for non-profit religious entities. The rental must be requested on letterhead with a statement that the equipment will be used for the non-profit.

Can I drop off equipment / Uhaul after hours?
All Brandon RentAll equipment must be returned during business hours. Uhaul branded trucks and trailers may be returned at any time by leaving the keys in the secure dropbox provided.

What if I don't know how to use the equipment I'm renting?
We are more than happy to demonstrate the operation of the equipment you're renting. You'll be comfortable knowing the fuel and functionality of all equipment is checked upon return and prior to you leaving.

Do you offer rental insurance?
We currently offer a damage waiver which protects you in the event of damage to the equipment. This does not include damage as a result of misuse.

Will someone be available to load the equipment for me?
Our friendly staff is always available to help load and unload your purchases and/or rentals.

What happens when I rent on Saturday?
Saturday rentals after 12:00 PM will only be charged a one-day rental if returned by 8:00 AM on Monday.

Can I make a reservation?
We are glad to hold equipment; however, to guarantee availability, you must provide a credit card for payment.
